Dave co-founded Mediatonic 7 years ago, overseeing its transition to focus solely on digital games in 2008, the successful spin-out of an independent media agency in 2009, and raised Angel & VC Investment rounds at the company in 2010 and 2012 respectively. Dave now looks after the company’s organizational and strategic affairs.

Paul Croft

Co-founder & Chief Games Officer

Paul co-founded Mediatonic 7 years ago and has been the creative and commercial force behind multiple top-grossing and award winning titles on mobile, console and online. Paul now acts as the firms Creative Director and has led the design of multiple social games projects including “Superbia”, our virtual world for Disney.

Paras Khona

Financial Controller

Paras joined Mediatonic in 2010 having previously served on the Senior Management Team at Citibase Plc. He brings more than 15 years of Financial experience to our business and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mary Casey

Production Director

Mary has a wide range of experience in games industry production, having worked on a number of AAA titles at both Activision and Disney before moving into the digital space. She joined Mediatonic from Mind Candy where she worked as Lead Producer to help grow the global phenomenon – Moshi Monsters - to over 60M members. Notable successes at Mind Candy included Leading Production on an unannounced new IP and “Moshling Zoo”, Mind Candy’s first external development, which currently holds the record for the longest ever UK number one in Nintendo DS chart history.

Adam Fletcher

Server-side Engineering Director

Adam was one of Mediatonic’s first employees, joining the company in 2006. Since then, Adam has built up a world-class infrastructure for delivering Games as a Service and is the technical mind behind scalable virtual worlds, games and social applications that are enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

Mike Ewing

Client-side Engineering Director

Mike joined Mediatonic in 2008 from one of the world's largest digital media agencies, Avenue A Razorfish, where he was the Lead Flash Developer. At Mediatonic, Mike spearheads our client-side engineering teams for mobile and social projects and is the primary architect of our client-side Frameworks and development software.

Kelly Sumner

Non-Exec Chairman

Kelly has overseen multiple billion-dollar franchises including, Grand Theft Auto and Guitar Hero as well as the Amiga range of home computers. In his early career, Kelly was MD of Commodore UK and International Operations at Gametek. He joined Take Two in 1997 as part of the Gametek acquisition and subsequently became CEO of the New York games publisher in 2001. After leaving Take Two Kelly became CEO of Red Octane, makers of Guitar Hero, and sold the Company to Activision in 2006.

Today, Kelly is Chairman of Intent Media which operates MCV, Develop and Music Week publications and is an active investor and supporter of several British startup ventures.

Ian Livingstone CBE

Often cited as a founding-father of the UK games industry, Ian co-founded Game Workshop in 1975 and was a founding member of Eidos Plc, where he is now Life President. He sits on the Board of of UKIE, the BAFTA Games Committee, the Creative Industries Council, the British Council and is Chair of the Government’s Computer Games Skills Council. Ian has been awarded an OBE, CBE, a BAFTA Special Award, a British Inspiration Award and the Develop Legend Award for his contribution to the UK computer and video games industry.

Mike Reid

Non-Exec Director

In his early career, Mike managed various operational business units within British Gas before spending twelve years at 3i as a venture and growth equity investor. Today, Mike is Managing Partner at Frog Capital, a venture capital fund backed by one of Europe's most significant family offices.
